Dr. Jason A. Patton is a licensed Professional Geologist with nearly 25 years of experience in a wide range of environmental projects. As both an academic and consultant, Dr. Patton’s project areas have focused on numerous areas of environmental planning specifically related to water and sediment chemistry, reservoir sedimentation, abandoned oil and gas wells, and applied geophysical techniques. Dr. Patton is an excellent technical writer and reviewer, a current Professor of Geology at Arkansas Tech University, the former Director of the Arkansas Center for Energy, Natural Resources, and Environmental Studies (ACENRES) and the former President of the National Association of State Boards of Geology (ASBOG).
